Câu lạc bộ bóng đá SHB Đà Nẵng là một câu lạc bộ bóng đá Việt Nam có trụ sở tại thành phốĐà Nẵng, Việt Nam. Câu lạc bộ đã 2 lần V-league hay còn gọi là Giải vô địch Việt Nam và 2 lần vô địch Cúp Quốc Gia.

]Lịch sử

Câu lạc bộ bóng đá Đà Nẵng tiền thân là đội bóng đá Công nhân Quảng Nam-Đà Nẵng rồi đội bóng đá Quảng Nam-Đà Nẵng. Vào cuối thập niên 1980 đầu thập niên 1990 Quảng Nam-Đà Nẵng là một câu lạc bộ mạnh, đỉnh cao là chức vô địch quốc gia năm 1992, cùng 3 lần giành ngôi á quân (1987, 1990, 1991).
Đến trước mùa giải 2008, CLB bóng đá Đà Nẵng đổi tên thành SHB Đà Nẵng sau khi Sở thể dục thể thao TP Đà Nẵng chuyển giao đội bóng cho Ngân Hàng Sài Gòn - Hà Nội(SHB).
Một năm sau, trước khi Giải vô địch bóng đá Việt Nam 2009 khởi tranh vài ngày, câu lạc bộ chính thức chuyển đổi mô hình hoạt động sang thành Công ty Cổ phần Thể thao. Công ty Cổ phần Thể thao SHB.Đà Nẵng chính thức ra mắt vào ngày mùng 2 tháng 2 năm 2009.^[1] Với mức đầu tư trên 55 tỉ đồng, mùa giải 2009 là mùa giải thành công với câu lạc bộ SHB Đà Nẵng khi clb đoạt cú đúp vô địch quốc gia V-league 2009 và Cúp Quốc Gia 2009.
Tại V-league 2009, lối đá tấn công đa dạng với những pha bật tường nhuần nhuyễn một chạm rồi đưa lên trung lộ hoặc ra biên đã chinh phục khán giả trên cả nước. SHB Đà Nẵng liên tục dẫn đầu giải từ vòng 6 và vô địch trước 3 vòng (lượt 23 gặp Nam Định) mặc dù tiền đạo vua phá lưới V-league 2 mùa trước-Almeida gặp chấn thương từ giai đoạn đầu của lượt về.
Tại Cúp Quốc Gia 2009, SHB Đà Nẵng dễ dàng giành chiến thắng trước Thể Công bằng bàn thắng duy nhất của vua phá lưới V-LeagueMerlo Gaston.
Hội Cổ Động viên của SHB Đà Nẵng cũng giành giải Hội cổ động viên xuất sắc nhất năm 2009.

Ngày 02 tháng 02 năm 2009, CLB SHB Đà Nẵng chính thức ra mắt công ty cổ phần thể thao SHB - Đà Nẵng
Công ty cổ phần Thể thao SHB – Đà Nẵng, tên viết tắt là SHB DANANG SPORT J.S.C, có trụ sở chính đặt tại 38 Ngô Gia Tự, Quận Hải Châu, Thành phố Đà Nẵng với số vốn điều lệ 5 tỷ đồng.
Công ty thể thao SHB – Đà Nẵng sẽ tiếp nhận câu lạc bộ bóng đá SHB – Đà Nẵng từ ngân hàng TMCP Sài Gòn – Hà Nội và bổ nhiệm ông Bùi Xuân Hòa, nguyên Giám đốc điều hành câu lạc bộ bóng đá SHB – Đà Nẵng trước đây làm Tổng giám đốc công ty.
